In today’s period, widely spread shopping complexes and big malls produce a large quantity of sewage every day owing to big number of footfalls that such premises witness. Hence, for safe disposal of such sewage, proper mbr sewage treatmetn plant manufactuerer should be installed which would not affect the environment and human health. But, alarming fact is that such mass quantity of sewage or wastewater has been threatening human survival increasingly.

Clearly, at Preliminary Treatment Level, all of the solids such as bottles, cups, plastics, rags and cans etc are separated from incoming flow and bar screens are put into service for maximum procurement. Grit chambers are also placed to draw out huge amount of grit. Then at Primary treatment Level,

At MBR Treatment stage, activated sludge process is initiated to control the quantity of organic material and when the wastewater/ sewage is flowed into the aeration tank where air supply is ensured to enable the micro-organism growth in order to split the organic matter into pieces. Once this is done, the wastewater makes entry into secondary clarifiers where heavier solids are made to settle down that is called secondary sludge. This again accounts for upto 90% removal of impurities which are organic in nature.
